Carlini Ministries Expands Its Mission to Rwanda: A Journey of Hope and Renewal
My 18-day ministry trip to Kigali, Rwanda, was nothing short of incredible. The journey was filled with powerful moments of teaching, evangelism, and witnessing the miraculous move of God among His people.
The first week began with an emotional and eye-opening visit to the Genocide Memorial, where my host, Pastor Gilbert Habimana, guided me through the history of the tragic events of 1994. This experience deepened my understanding of Rwanda's past and strengthened my resolve to bring hope and encouragement to the people.
Following this, I led five pastor workshops in five different rural area sectors. These gatherings were vital in equipping and empowering local church leaders, preparing them to shepherd their congregations with renewed vision and faith.
During the second week, I partnered with Missions 24 and Pastor Jonathan Conrathe to host five open-air crusades in the same sectors where I had taught the pastor workshops. The response was overwhelming—over 6,000 people gave their lives to Christ! We witnessed the power of God in ways that left us in awe—four blind eyes were opened, and one paralyzed leg was healed. Many people were delivered from bondage, and thousands came seeking prayer, healing, and salvation. Walking through the sea of people, laying hands on them, and watching God move so mightily was an experience beyond words.
In addition to the crusades, I had the privilege of preaching in three churches, where many more people made decisions for Christ. We also took to the streets and marketplaces, sharing Jesus wherever we went. One particularly unforgettable moment occurred when I entered a store with my translator to share the gospel with the clerk. As I spoke, more people gathered, eager to hear the message. Soon, we set up chairs and essentially held an impromptu church service right there! Five people received Christ, and I had the joy of laying hands on others, praying that God would use them mightily.
Even at the hotel where I stayed, God was at work. I was honored to pray with two hotel workers who surrendered their lives to Jesus.
This trip to Rwanda was a testament to the faithfulness of God and His promise:
“Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession.” (Psalm 2:8)
The harvest is truly plentiful, and I am humbled to be a part of God’s great work in the nations. Thank you to everyone who has supported and prayed for this mission. Together, we are advancing the Kingdom of God!
March 7-24: Costa Rica & San Pedro Sula Honduras
Costa Rica & Honduras!
n March 2025, I had the incredible privilege of serving alongside pastors and leaders from Bethel Church (Chandler, AZ), Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru, Honduras, and E4 Ministry (Austin, TX) for a powerful week of ministry in Costa Rica and Honduras. What unfolded was nothing short of a move of God — a week of salvations, miracles, and hope!
COSTA RICA – A NIGHT OF HOPE AND HEALING
We began our journey in Costa Rica, where we partnered with local pastors and churches for a major outreach effort. The "Night of Hope Crusade" was a massive citywide evangelistic event where 3,300 people gathered, hungry for truth and transformation. That night, over 300 individuals made decisions to follow Jesus Christ! The atmosphere was electric with faith and expectation.
Throughout the week, I had the opportunity to preach in various local churches. We witnessed God moving powerfully — people were saved, lives restored, and bodies were physically healed. One unforgettable moment took place during a mini Night of Hope Crusade in a park in Santa Cruz, where many surrendered their lives to Jesus — and a blind eye was miraculously healed right in front of us!
Our team also had the honor of serving on school campuses, sharing the love and message of Jesus with students and faculty alike. By the end of our time in Costa Rica, we had seen a total of 1,360 people commit their lives to Christ. Glory to God!
A DIVINE ASSIGNMENT IN SAN JOSÉ
Before heading to Honduras, I spent two d
San José, Costa Rica. I had the blessing of spending time with Pastor Luis, where we shared fellowship and vision for the region. That Monday night, I ministered to his leadership team — encouraging and equipping them for the work ahead.
HONDURAS – REVIVAL ON THE UNIVERSITY CAMPUS
From there, I flew to San Pedro Sula, Honduras, to meet with Pastor Garito (Go to Nations), Pastor Mike Gowans (Bethel Church), and Pastors Ryan and Aaron Austin from Florida. Together, we launched into a powerful time of outreach and ministry.
One of the most impactful moments was a Jesus Rally at the Universidad Tecnológica de Honduras (UTH), where we ministered to 2,000 high school students gathered from across the city. The response to the gospel was overwhelming — hundreds gave their lives to Christ!
The following day, we hosted a second Jesus Rally, this time for college students, with 500 students in attendance. Once again, hundreds responded to the call of salvation, embracing the love and lordship of Jesus.
I also had the privilege of preaching in several local church services in Honduras and attending a strategic Go to Nations gathering, where I had the opportunity to encourage and minister to fellow leaders.
FRUIT THAT REMAINS
In just one week, we saw over 1,360 souls saved in Costa Rica and hundreds more in Honduras — lives forever changed by the gospel. The blind received sight, young hearts were ignited with purpose, and the church in Central America was strengthened.
Thank you to all who prayed, supported, and sent me. Your partnership is bearing eternal fruit. Please continue to pray for Costa Rica and Honduras — that what was started would continue to grow and multiply for the glory of God.
March 26-April 7: Yukatan Mexico & Cuba
ARCH 2025 MISSIONS REPORT: CANCÚN & CUBA – FAITH, FIRE, AND FELLOWSHIP
“Declare His glory among the nations, His marvelous deeds among all peoples.” – Psalm 96:3
This March, I had the honor of traveling to Cancún, Mexico, and Havana, Cuba as part of Carlini Ministries' mission to advance the Kingdom of God by equipping pastors, empowering congregations, and influencing communities with the message of Jesus Christ. What took place over these ten days was nothing short of supernatural — lives transformed, leaders encouraged, and the gospel proclaimed boldly.
CANCÚN, MEXICO – SMALL BEGINNINGS, GREAT EXPECTATIONS
Our first stop was Cancún, where I ministered at a small, start-up church. There, I delivered a message on Faith and Expectations — encouraging believers to trust God not just for what is, but for what can be. Though the congregation was small in number, the hunger was great, and the presence of God was tangible.
From Cancún, we traveled south to Oxkutzcab, where we held open-air evangelistic meetings. These outdoor events drew many from the community. We saw numerous salvations and witnessed physical healings as Jesus confirmed His Word with signs following!
Another highlight was visiting a local Christian radio station, where I had the opportunity to share the gospel and minister to listeners across the region. It was a strategic time of sowing seeds into the airwaves of Mexico.
HAVANA, CUBA – THE CHURCH IS ALIVE AND GROWING
From Mexico, I flew to Havana, Cuba, where God had prepared an impactful schedule of ministry opportunities.
The trip began with a church building dedication service, where we celebrated what God is building — both physically and spiritually — in this community. The presence of God filled the room as we committed the space to His purposes.
I also had the joy of ministering at several house churches, encouraging believers who gather faithfully despite difficult conditions. One unforgettable moment was a baptism service at a local swimming pool. I shared a word with the 15 individuals getting baptized, and we watched them make a public declaration of faith in Jesus — a powerful sight!
EQUIPPING THE LEADERS
For the next two days, I hosted a pastor and church leader conference, teaching on leadership and discipleship principles. These leaders are the backbone of the church in Cuba, and it was a privilege to pour into them with biblical teaching, encouragement, and vision for multiplication.
Sunday was a powerful day. I preached at a combined church service, where many gave their lives to Christ and several reported physical healings. That evening, we gathered with Cuban pastors for communion and a shared dinner — a time of deep fellowship and spiritual unity. Just as we began communion, the power went out. But in true Cuban resilience, we kept worshipping in the dark, our hearts illuminated by the light of Christ. It was a holy and unforgettable moment.
GOD IS MOVING!
This trip reminded me again that God is moving powerfully in Latin America and the Caribbean. In both Mexico and Cuba, the church is growing, leaders are rising, and people are being saved and healed. The fire of revival is burning — even when the lights go out.
Thank you for your continued support and prayers. Together, we are advancing the Kingdom of God, one city and one soul at a time.
April 11-22: Abuja, Nigeria May 23-30: Kampala, Uganda
APRIL 2025 MISSIONS REPORT: A KINGDOM ASSIGNMENT IN AFRICA
“Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance…” – Psalm 2:8
This past month, my wife Amy and I had the incredible honor of ministering across two nations in Africa — Nigeria and Uganda. What unfolded over those days was an unforgettable outpouring of God's power, presence, and purpose. From rural villages to university campuses, boarding schools to church conferences, we witnessed salvation, healing, and transformation. Truly, this was a Kingdom assignment!
NIGERIA – BUILDING, EQUIPPING, AND HARVESTING
Our journey began in Nigeria, where we spent a week and a half with our dear friends Drs. Obi and Jay Egbo in Enugu. Their hospitality, faith, and vision for the Gospel deeply inspired us.
The first part of our trip was spent touring various towns and villages, meeting believers, praying for communities, and getting a broader understanding of the region’s spiritual climate.
On Friday, I hosted a Pastors and Church Leaders Conference at Dr. Obi’s home — a time of deep equipping and refreshing for leaders hungry to grow in their calling.
On Saturday, I preached at Abiding Word Ministries, where 20 people gave their lives to Christ! The joy and hunger in the room were powerful.
Easter Sunday was unforgettable. Dr. Obi brought a powerful message, and I followed by ministering healing. Many experienced the tangible touch of God as faith rose in the room.
The next day, I preached at a village church, then led a Q&A session with local church leaders, addressing real-life ministry challenges and offering encouragement.
That evening, we hosted a crusade on the campus of the University of Nigeria, where I ministered on salvation and healing. The altar was filled with students responding to the Gospel, and we witnessed physical healings and emotional breakthroughs. What a night!
UGANDA – RAISING UP A GENERATION OF KINGDOM LEADERS
From Nigeria, Amy and I traveled to Kampala, Uganda, for another 1½-week ministry trip that proved just as powerful. We were joined by Pastors Gilbert and Odette from Kigali, Rwanda, and together we taught at Destiny Schools of Uganda — a boarding school and orphanage that houses 1,700 students.
For two full days, we taught on Kingdom principles — including spiritual disciplines, purity, and living a godly life in a secular culture. The students were eager, responsive, and deeply moved.
On the final day, we hosted a combined student rally, and the Holy Spirit moved mightily — many were saved, and we witnessed healings among the students!
On Sunday, I preached at Saints Gate Church, a vibrant 1,000-member congregation in Kampala, pastored by Evah and Christopher Mugerwa. That afternoon, Amy and I co-led a marriage seminar, pouring into couples with biblical truth and practical encouragement.
We concluded our time in Uganda by hosting a two-day Pastor and Church Leader Conference, equipping ministers from across the region with tools for leadership, discipleship, and sustainable growth in their ministries.
AFRICA IS RIPE FOR HARVEST
From Enugu to Kampala, from students to senior pastors, we saw a continent hungry for the move of God. Across both nations, lives were changed, churches were strengthened, and leaders were equipped. We are humbled to be a part of what God is doing across Africa.
Thank you to each one who has supported, prayed, and sown into this mission. You were part of every salvation, every healing, and every moment of transformation. Amy and I return home full of faith and joy, already looking forward to what God has next.
