Carlini Ministries (CM) exists to advance the kingdom of God through purposeful discipleship in local churches across the globe that lasts for generations. CM serves local pastors and churches in international communities by bringing enriched biblically based teachings to pastors, church leaders, and congregations through pastoral conferences, personal discipleship, and training programs focused on personal accountability, discipleship, and mentoring. CM’s divine calling and purpose is to advance the kingdom of God through global discipleship by equipping pastors and leaders, who empower local congregations and then influence local communities for His purposes across the globe.

The Triune God

We believe in one true, eternal, and all-powerful living God who exists in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. He is the Creator of all things—visible and invisible, in heaven and on earth. In His perfect wisdom, grace, and sovereignty, God not only brought creation into being but also continues to uphold, govern, redeem, and one day will righteously judge it.

Humanity and Sin

We believe that humanity was uniquely created in the image of God to live in loving relationship with Him and reflect His glory. However, through willful disobedience, humanity broke that relationship, introducing sin into the world and corrupting the human heart. As a result, all people stand guilty before a holy God, subject to His just judgment, and in desperate need of redemption.

Jesus Christ, Our Savior

We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, the living Word made flesh. Conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, He is fully God and fully man. Sent by the Father, He lived a sinless life and willingly offered Himself as the perfect and final sacrifice for our sins.

Through His death on the cross, Jesus bore the full weight of our guilt, satisfying the justice of God and making a way for reconciliation with the Father. His resurrection on the third day was a triumph over sin and death, confirming His divine identity and securing eternal life for all who place their trust in Him alone.

Jesus physically ascended into heaven and now reigns at the right hand of the Father, where He intercedes for believers. Salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received by faith—not earned by works, moral effort, or religious rituals. Christ’s righteousness is freely given to those who repent & believe, granting them eternal life.

The Holy Spirit and the Life of the Believer

We believe the Holy Spirit glorifies Jesus by working in and through His Church. He convicts the world of sin, regenerates hearts, and indwells every believer from the moment of salvation.

We believe that all believers who desire to be filled with the Holy Spirit may come to Christ in faith, ask, and receive the empowering baptism of the Holy Spirit. This baptism may be evidenced by speaking in other tongues and by the release of spiritual gifts for effective ministry. Through the Spirit, believers are empowered for witness, equipped for service, and strengthened for holy living.

The Christian life is a Spirit-empowered journey of abiding in Christ, resisting the flesh, and bearing fruit for God’s glory. It is a daily call to surrender personal ambition, embrace the cross, and walk in step with the Spirit.

The Great Commission

We believe that every follower of Jesus is called to participate in His mission—proclaiming the gospel to all nations and making disciples of every people group. This Great Commission is not reserved for a few; it is the mandate of every believer. Fulfilling it requires sacrificial love, courageous obedience, and wholehearted devotion to Christ.

We are not saved to sit, but sent to serve. We are not called to comfort, but to carry the message of Christ to a hurting world. As we lay down our lives and follow Him, we embody His love and extend His kingdom—until every heart hears and every nation knows.

The Body of Christ

We rejoice in the truth that Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church—His Body—made up of all believers, past and present, who have been united to Him through saving faith.

The Church is both local and global, a royal priesthood called to worship God, serve one another, and proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Each member is uniquely gifted by the Holy Spirit to build up the Body, demonstrate God’s love, and advance His Kingdom through acts of justice, mercy, and compassion.

God calls His Church to gather regularly in fellowship—to worship in spirit and truth, to partake in communion in remembrance of Christ’s atoning sacrifice, to encourage one another, and to grow in maturity through the teaching of Scripture and the operation of the Holy Spirit’s gifts.

We affirm that the Bible is the divinely inspired, trustworthy, and authoritative written Word of God. It is the foundation for our faith, life, and mission, revealing the heart of God and the pattern for godly living.

We Joyfully Await…

The Return of Jesus

We joyfully anticipate the physical, visible, and glorious return of Jesus Christ, just as Scripture foretells. His return will mark the culmination of history and the fulfillment of God’s redemptive plan. It will be personal and visible to all, heralding the end of history and bringing an end to satan’s influence in the world.

Jesus will personally return to judge the living and the dead. Every person—past and present—will stand before the judgment seat of Christ. To those redeemed by grace through faith in Him, He will grant eternal life; to those who have rejected Him, eternal separation and condemnation.

 At His return, Jesus will establish a new heaven and a new earth—a restored creation where righteousness dwells and God's people will live in His presence forever.
