Carlini Ministries exists to advance the Kingdom of God by equipping pastors and ministry leaders—who in turn strengthen their local churches—so those churches can transform their communities with the Gospel. From urban centers in Central America to remote villages in Africa, we are seeing what happens when pastors are empowered: lives are transformed, thousands are saved, and communities experience healing and deliverance.
Our mission for Global City Pastors is rooted in the words of Jesus in Matthew 28:19-20, making disciples of all nations and teaching them to obey everything He commanded. And we are committed to ensuring that discipleship doesn’t stop with one generation, but continues for many to come.
The Vision
We believe pastors are catalysts for change in their communities. By investing in these leaders, we can see entire cities reached with the Gospel. The Global City Pastors Program is a way for pastors and church leaders to move beyond financial giving and into true, relational, global partnership—mentoring and being mentored, encouraging one another, and advancing God’s Kingdom together.
How It Works

As a mentor pastor, you and your leadership team will:
Be carefully matched with a pastor in a developing nation.
Connect monthly via WhatsApp for intentional mentoring, leadership development, and prayer.
Receive training and ongoing encouragement from Carlini Ministries to equip you for impactful cross-cultural discipleship.
Have the opportunity each year to visit your mentee pastor and their church—building a lifelong ministry partnership that goes far beyond a missions trip.
We call it “Iron sharpening iron.” Together, you will strengthen each other, share wisdom, and see the Gospel advance in powerful ways.
